This year marks year 5 of Community Changers! We have several projects lined up and looking for anyone wanting to serve through construction, feeding or lawn care. Volunteers younger than 14 must be with their youth leader or parent. Please call Joey to get registered today and on the list for a t-shirt. The work will be hard but the reward will be great!

Community Changers started in 2017 after serving several years with the Missionary Organization, World Changers. Some of our leaders got together and talked about how small changes could impact the world and we wanted it to start with our community. After much prayer and the need for volunteers to serve during VBS, we decided to step out and trust God with this mission.

So, in 2017, Pearsall’s FBC Youth drove to Christine and joined us in the very first Community Changers. Our youth and Church members joined together and served the City of Christine through construction projects and VBS. Since then, volunteers all the way from Houston have come to our small community to serve and meet needs. We are always looking for communities we can travel to and serve as well. We love international mission service but realize our mission field is right outside our back door as well. Communities helping communities.
